• Commercial Base Rate is $26.13 plus $ .47 per 1000 gallons.

•Residential Base Rate is $28.13 plus $1.29 per 1000 gallons of average winter water usage.

•Commercial Base Rate is $28.13 per EDU (Equivalent Dwelling Unit)
plus $1.29 per 1000 gallons of average winter water usage.
The number of EDUs are based on type/use of the facility.

•Cart Rate (95 gallon) is $12.23 per month (Extra cart is $4.17
Picked up every Thursday, with the exception of holidays.

• Commercial Rate is $2.85 per yard plus $3.74 account administration fee. Picked up every Tuesday and Friday (if a second pickup is required).

Services outside city limits:
Residents and Businesses outside the City limits will be billed at 1½ times the regular base rates listed above. No additional charges apply on the usage rates.

Deposit is required upon activation of account. Rate will be determined by the previous year’s usage for each property.

If there is no usage history for the property the deposit will be $140.00.
