NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING PROPOSED MAJOR SUBDIVISION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the City of St. Anthony Planning and Zoning Commission at or about 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at the Council Chamber Room in the St. Anthony City Building, 420 North Bridge Street, Suite A, St. Anthony, Idaho, regarding an application for a Major Subdivision by Firebird Development for a proposed 78 lot subdivision on 3.66 acres. The property is adjacent to and south of 825 S 4th W, St Anthony, ID (The old Lincoln School) and more particularly described as;
RPS01710016758, ST ANTHONY SNAKE RIVER ADD TAX 7828 SEC 1 TWP 7 RGE 40
A full copy of the application is available for public review at the City Offices located at 420 N Bridge Street, St. Anthony, Idaho 83445 from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such Major Subdivision. Public Comment is encouraged. Written comment will be accepted with regards to the proposed Major Subdivision. Please submit any written comments by September 6, 2023, by 4:00 p.m. at the City of St. Anthony offices located at 420 North Bridge Street, St. Anthony, Idaho 83445. Comments may also be submitted by email to dclerk@cityofstanthony.org.
